First time I ain't had to google around to find a poster image for a music video. (Loosely?) based on the title sequences of popular films, the clip is plenty of suitable images. Symphonies is the new single by Dan Black. And it's not a big deal if you ask me. The music video has been produced and directed by the Chic & Artistic collective.

Per la prima volta non ho dovuto gugolare a lungo per trovare un poster per un video musicale. Basata sui titoli di film famosi, la clip è piena di immagini atte allo scopo. Sickboy - Taken Away in a Car

A machine load of thoughts doing the rounds in his head.

An abruptly energetic music video set in a car crushing yard and shoot mostly with spy cameras. The "little cameras were mounted onto the guitar heads and drumsticks and so on, so that I could get close up without making them feel self conscious", the director said. The Sickboy is an indie rock band from Dublin, formed by Dan Doherty, Colm Giles and Brian Giles. Taken Away in a Car is their first EP, released in June 2008 for Slap in the Face Records. The music video has been directed by Lorcan Finnegan and produced at Lovely. Camera: Lorcan Finnegan and Ross Mc Donnell. Editor: Damian O'Donnell at Piranha Bar.

Rather strange video, this one, sort of a condensed geological history of Earth. So much going in so little time. Paavoharju is a Finnish musical collective of lutheran Christians formed around two brothers, Lauri Ainala and Olli Ainala. Uskallan (Dare) is featured on their second album, entitled Laulu Laakson Kukista (A Song about Flowers of the Valley) released in 2008 for Fonal. The music video has been directed by Noziéres Cyprien, previously here with Indigo Moon.

I Paavoharju sono un collettivo musicale finlandese di cristiani luterani formatosi attorno ai fratelli Lauri Ainala ed Olli Ainala. The music video has been directed by Tobias Stretch, using his "half time lapse half stop animated half not good with maths" technique. A couple of drunkards find themselves in the desert in the company of someone quite popular son of God who's angry at them. Old Testament chaos ensues. Clyde and Clem's Whiskey Business is the bluegrass duo of Clyde Clowe and Clem Cowan, joined by some friend of them. The music video has been directed by Eric Power and produced at Clear Productions.

Fleet Foxes - Mykonos

For every up there is a down, for every square there is a round, for every high there is a low, for every to there is a from. That's what makes the world go round. Mykonos is featured on Fleet Foxes' EP entitled Sun Giant and released on April 2008 for Bella Union and Sub Pop. The music video has been directed and animated by Sean Pecknold and produced at Grandchildren. Illustrations and artwork: Jesse Brown. Animaton assistants: Toby Liebowitz and Chris Ando. Art director: Sean Pecknold. The video was shot using a Nikon D90 and Dragon Stop Motion software. After Effects was used to sequence the images.

The music video is the work of Reuben Sutherland and produced by Spencer Friend at Joyrider.
